Once you have made your order, we will be in touch to arrange a convenient time to make your delivery (typically within 3 days of your order being placed). 

We offer two methods of delivery for our firewood (dependant on your location), both conducted by our in-house team who will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your logs are placed where you want. Please read the terms of delivery carefully before you select your delivery preference when making your order. All methods of delivery are free within 20 miles of Bury St Edmunds. 

1. In a crate, the logs are delivered to you in a crate tightly stacked. Deliveries will be made by a tail-lift van to put the crate as near to your property as possible. In order to move the crate around we require hard level ground such as concrete, level paving stones or tarmac. with surfaces such as gravel or other loose ground we will only be able to place the crate where we are able to reverse the van to and not move the crate around once it is on the ground. Please contact us for further details if you have any questions or doubts.

2. Tipped loose, we are able to deliver your logs loose in a tipper pickup truck, this allows us to bring the logs to you if your property is unsuitable for crate delivery. Our driver will need to be able to reverse the pickup to the desired tipping location so please make sure this is possible and safe to do with no overhanging branches, wires etc. This method is only available to local deliveries within 20mi.
